3 bedrooms are equipped with a Smart LED TV with Internet connection, a USB charging socket and a music system with built-in alarm. The master suite and two junior suites overlook the canal crossing and have direct access to the pool area.

The corresponding bathrooms are ensuite. Each side has its own dressing room, which accomodates comfortably not only your clothing but also the suitcases.

In addition built-in-closets are assigned to each guest suite in which sheets, blankets, towels and bath towels are placed.

The master suite with a total of approximately 914 sq ft living space has a king size bed, 3 dressing rooms, a bathroom with granite vanities and floor to ceiling mirrors, with double walk-in rainforest shower, bathtub and separate toilet and multiple closets. The windows and sliding doors free a generous view of the canal crossing. Direct access to the pool deck is self-evident.

Because of the fine wooden floor, the color selection and the extra high indirectly illuminated ceiling with its stucco elements this suite makes a very generous impression.

The foyer leads directly to the two junior suites and double rooms. The first Junior Suite (we call it the Mark Twain Suite), is equipped with marble floors and decorative stucco on the ceiling, has a king size bed, several wardrobes and a bathroom ensuite with a large shower, toilet, granite sink, floor to ceiling mirrors and hair dryer. Also with direct access to the pool.

Junior Suite number 2 (Ernest Hemingway Suite) is a smaller image of the master suite. She has a marble floor and elaborated stucco ceilings. In addition to several built-in and walk-in closets and a queen-size bed, there is a bathroom ensuite with large shower, toilet, granite sink, floor to ceiling mirrors and hair dryer. Also direct access to the pool.

The double room (Garden View Room) is equipped with a queen size bed and a built-in closet and with view of the garden. In order to support this room’s character a Bay window and a wooden floor is integrated. Also with stucco elements on the ceiling. The attached bathroom is equipped with granite sink, toilet, floor to ceiling mirrors and hair dryer. It can be reached via a small hallway.

The Laundry Room has access to the garage and is located directly behind the kitchen. Generously fitted wall cupboard and hanging cabinets with granite counter tops, a sink and the washing machine and dryer (Front Loader) are integrated. Wash utensils, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and an additional built-in wardrobe complete the Laundry Room.

The Game Room, as the center of indoor entertainment, with its dark exotic wood floor will surprise you with a pool table.

You can round off the evening with a glass of wine and a game of pool. The somewhat separate position of this room takes up consideration for those who have retired to sleep.

The living / dining area, which is equipped with high-quality marble floor, consists of three parts. The dining room joins the generously appointed open American real wood kitchen in dark style. The Cooktop with its 5 “flame” is working on the basis of induction. The crockery, cutlery, pans, pots and other kitchen equipment are available in sufficient quantities for 8 people and with excellent quality, goes without saying.
